Superb customer service and great products

Excellent!!!!! Looking for a cat water fountain on google, I noticed several. One of which was at Pet mall. The picture linked me to the website. I found the item descriptive and price wise very competitive. After a few days of contemplation, on the Saturday afternoon I added the item to the basket and paid via one of many payment options. Payfast was quick and easy to use. No guess work involved. After all was said and done, I received an email confirming my order, order number and the what will happen next. Daily progress was updated and Tuesday morning I received the parcel. It was well wrapped. I tested the fountain immediately. Hit a snag. Phoned the number provided on the delivery slip. I was pleasantly surprised with the kindness and support I received and in no time my problem which I thought I had, was solved. I will definitely recommend this company 100 %.
