Pathetic service a d no product delivery

Ordered litter box and a cat bed on the 3rd of February. Today is the 22nd if February and no products have been recieved. I got one call saying the that they did not get the product from CPT after a week and a half but no further feedback. They cannot give me an answer on the delay and if I will ever receive my goods. Hoping to get some feedback eventually on a refund. Service and feedback is poor. Do not order from them if you need products immediately.
