I phoned to check package size / availability. Excellent service on the phone. Easiest possible account creation. Ordered 15kg of Eukanuba dog food - delivered free the next day! Brilliant service. MUCH cheaper than the vet's and pet shops for the same thing. I will definitely use this service again - AND - no subscription required.
