They have great service

They have great service. Response time is good and the system works great. If you need to take your dogs to the vet you can text them on the one plan App and the funds will be loaded immediately with no fuss. This is an advantage over other pet insurance companies as I was previously on another popular insurance (dotsure) and had to pay the vet upfront for an operation on my pet and could only make a claim after the surgery with the complete invoice. I found this extremely inconvenient financially and it was reason enough for me to switch to one plan.
