Pathetic!!!!!!

Patethic. First the date of the policy was incorrect, first debit order incorrect, money were paid back. Second debit order again incorrect, battling for 2 weeks now to get refund and then they deduct again. Used their WhatsApp portal, no feedback. Or urgent feedback is going now for 72 hours plus. Pathetic. App isn't even working
