One plan pet insurance - *****sters !!

Oneplan pet insurance are *****sters !! Beware !! I wanna caution everybody against this insurance for pets. I have taken out cover for my cat in November last year. I have never claimed. Two days ago my cat suddenly got sick and refused food or water. I took him to the vet. He had a fever of 41,5 °C. He needed admission for supportive treatment and tests. I contacted the preadmissions department. The vet spoke to them. There only response was that she needed to fill a form and that they will evaluate it the next day. I had no choice but to pay a deposit for admission as the cat's life was in danger. The next day they informed the vet they won't pay for the admission, but that they will cover a casualty visit after further evaluation and after submission of forms from my side afterwards. They also sent me an email to this effect. Yesterday the cat started vomiting and the vet thought it necessary to keep him for another night. I had to authorize this without any idea as to the final costs, as this was dependant on his condition. I phoned 5× today, and got cut of a few times. I spent a total of 26 min explaining the situation to the last consultant and requested that a manager phones me back. It is now 1,5 hour later. Nothing has happened. I sent 2 emails requesting an urgent call back after I spoke to the consultant. Nothing. I was informed that the cat doesn't meet the admission criteria for admission as it is only viewed an admission if a procedure is performed. Any tests needed to get to a diagnosis is not seen as procedures, but as diagnostics! Upon inquiry when taking out this insurance I was told nothing to this effect. Upon thorough inquiry as to the benefits 3 weeks ago I was told that they cover 1admission per annum, starting at R2 000 per admission, and ranging to R40 000. This was 3 weeks ago I have a recording of the conversation. These people are deliberately misleading people and happily taking your monthly contribution, but when you need them they will let your pet die. Legal *****.
