Misleading adverti*****t from Oneplan

#BLACKFRIDAY Being a pet owner of a beautiful GSD my wife and I decided that we wanted a good pet insurance to be availble when our baby needs good care without worries from us forking out monies on high pet care. One Plan currently has a promotion running until December 2023 that sounds very promising. A discussion with a consultant at point of sale named on their security tapes and the contract sent to me was completely misleading in that what I was told was not what was agreed on by the consultant and myself. Their promise of being completely different to other pet insurance companies is a lie and totally misleading and *********. Their after sale service was in line with lies cum misleading hype. The trauma it caused myself led me to cancel the poilcy and i will not recommend them to friends or family. I hope that companies like Oneplan can be helf resposible for their bad business. They tend to forget that when dealing with pet ownwers there is a humane aspect that needs to take precedence over business pracyices as it is the client that pays their salary.
