Appalling service over many years from One Plan Pet Insurance

I cannot express my deep disgust for the appalling service I have received time and time again form One Plan Pet Insurance which I have been a client of for many year despite paying an premium of over R600 per month. Every time I have a hospital claim for my cat Nugget I am met with obstruction of them making it almost impossible for them to pay the vet direct inspite of having done so numerous times. They have all the vets information from previous payment and everytime the goal posts change, despite their premiums going up year after year, their service is appalling. I am 72 years old, battling cancer, I do not need this kind of service and neither do their other clients judging from the number of highly negative reviews all over social media and the internet. DON'T ever use this service provider
