no customer care

I have been buying PET food from this store for the past 10 years or more. recently there is never food available when I get to the store. when I ask for the owners number they give me the stores number:***. they never answer the phone. I travel quite a distance to buy food at the shop. the last time I went, I requested they take my number down and call me when the food arrives. they never did. I can call x 5/7 and no one would anser.
