Pet Fencing SA's product is not what is advertised

I ordered the electric pet fence and two collars after bring assured that it would work for two small dogs. The package that arrived is nothing like that advertised. The device on the collar is too big for small dogs and the sensitivity of the two devices is completely different.<br> There is no contact number to phone, you send an email and they call you back from a number they do not answer when you try to call. When they called me in response to an email they assured me I would get a refund when returning the device. Problem is that you need a street address and contact number for the couriers. I cannot get hold of Jen Foster at Pet Fencing SA despite numerous emails.<br> Do not purchase from Pet Fencing SA, the product is useless and they are clearly not interested in consumer rights
