Order paid in full, goods not delivered

I ordered anti-bark collars from Pet Fencing SA on 29 Jan 2016. Order was paid in full however no product was shipped and/or delivered to date. No communication received from the lady that quoted me on the collars (Jen is her name). I was ****med as the rest of the people complaining about Pet Fencing SA.
