No reply to any query

I bought a Pet fence and 4 collars from these people in January, 2016, the wire supp**** is not fit for purpose in South Africa. (Termites) The product works well with the correct wire (more time and expense) but after 3 days the Energizer stopped working. I need for it to be replaced or exchanged but they don't respond to their 'Contact us' app on their website.
