No Delivery , No Response

We bought two dog collars from Pet Fencing SA online and made payment on the 20th of November 2015 , <br> <br> Delivery was supposed to be between four and seven days for the date of payment . After making payment and sending the POP through all communication with Jen has stopped , I have emailed numerous times asking for a tacking number or any news on the status of the order , If i go online to track the \status' of my order it acknowledges that the order has been paid but is awaiting processing<br> <br> Please if you can not fulfill the products that you advertise rather let a person know and refund them their money <br> <br> All I ask is Deliver the products we ordered and paid for or refund us our money as I now need my order urgently "
