Goods ordered and paid for but not delivered

On Friday, 13 February 2015 I ordered and paid for a pet training collar valued at R 1,480 (including delivery) online from Pet Fencing SA. The advertised delivery on the website is 4 - 7 days. The site provides for tracking of the order.<br> <br> 1 week later the website reflected:<br> Payment Status: Accepted<br> Fulfillment Status: New<br> <br> I queried the status of the order and was advised \your order is on its way to us now its just in customs .We will keep you updated".<br> <br> Subsequent e-mails to addressed to [Email Removed] and [Email Removed] have not been responded to. The latter name / e-mail address appears on the invoice.<br> <br> As at todays date"
