Pestokill issued **** certificates of compliance for entomology and electrical compliance for a property I am in the process of purchasing. I wrote up to the board to report them and it was address as if it was a norm for them to do this. Upon communication with the estate agents(Chas Everitt) regarding the matter, Pestokill issued the *****ulent certificates to speed up the sale process and would later carry out the work.
