Great Staff and Excellent Manager at Pesto

I feel I must compliment the staff and manager of Pesto restaurant. My sister and I went there on Thursday, 14 January.<br> We were greeted warmly by the staff and shown to our seat. <br> I ordered a burger and my sister ordered a pasta dish. Both were incredibly tasty.<br> We thereafter ordered a waffle with cream, however, the cream tasted very slightly sour. We didn't eat much and gave it back to the waiter.<br> We didn't complain or mention anything but a few minutes later, the manager came to us and apologised about the cream and immediately said he'll take the item of the bill. I was very impressed by the manner in which he dealt with the situation. He was genuinely upset that we didn't enjoy the dessert and tried his best to rectify it. (we eventually went with the carrot cake, as per his suggestion, which was DIVINE) <br> Well done to the manager and staff and Pesto, I will definitely come through again because of the excellent service.
