Pestana Kruger Lodge from 5 star to no star

There has been a rapid decline in services redered by Pestana Kruger Lodge over the past 2 years. We have been regular supporters of what used to be a gem next to the Crocodile River. Problem list: Very rude and useless manager, that does not respond to any form of correspondence. 2 DAYS before our arrival, we are informed that we are no longer welcome because they doing renovations. This after we paid the full amount for the stay. And that was it, we mut deal with it, No talk about refund for the money paid This is totally inacceptable and highly unprofessional! This place is being run into the ground and will never see me again. Would not recommend it to anyone!!!!
