Eradication of Pestmaster East London

Pestmaster fumigation my house around June this year. During the same week I notified their office that the ****roaches were not gone. They arranged for a follow-up visit but unfortunately when they were available my wife was sick. We had 2 funerals between June and now. Unfortunately according to them when I contacted them again this month, I was told that the guarantee has expired and that they would only fumigate my kitchen and bathroom. I declined this offer as they didn't asked for reasons neither did they contact me for the follow-up service. I were always the 1 contacting them. What poor service. Makes me wonder if they are using inferior products and if they themselves should not be fumigated out of this industry.
