Outstanding Service

I would like to commend the company on the manner in which the termite treatment was conducted on my property. I am in the service industry and rarely see such good service.<br> Having got their number of the Internet I was sceptical at first as it seems that many companies are in for a quick buck -but that changed the moment I spoke to Vanessa and was further confirmed upon meeting Werner and the team. I could not help noticing the professional and high quality of service I received from the moment I set up the appointment right up to the follow up call on the work done.<br> Werner was on time for our appointment, listened and advised on what was most appropriate, sent me a quotation the same afternoon and dispatched a team on the agreed date. The team led by Samuel was professional, methodical and neat - cleaning up after they were done. Most of all they delivered on what they promised and completed the job within the agreed time. Most impressive!<br> It was also refreshing to receive a follow up call from Vanessa to check on my satisfaction of the work done, as a first time customer they made me feel special.<br> All in all a great experience.
