Worst service yet!

Last Thursday when I arrived home, one of their employees approached me looking for business. He proceeded to tell me all about the fumigation process and showed me his certifications. When I asked him how much it costs he said it costs R180 to do it at which point I agreed. Only once they'd started spraying the poison did they inform me that it is in fact R180 PER LITRE of poison that is used subsequently forcing me to fork out R720 after I was given incorrect information. They insisted that since I had no cash on me that I should transfer the money via Instant Money which I did. Unfortunately the banks were experiencing technical difficulties and the transaction was not finalized immediately although it had cleared off my bank statement as being done. They continued to harass me and would not leave my premises, asking continuously if we can cancel that money order and do a new one and wouldn't take the explanation that the bank is down and that it has gone off my bank statement so they will receive the voucher number and pin as soon as the bank is back online which forced me to hang on with the bank for over an hour at my expense to be told exactly what I had told them that the voucher would be sent as soon as they are back online. Above all of that they offered to dispose of some poison that I had mixed in a pump canister which was purchased at my expensive and promised to return it the next day. It is now 5 days later and I still have not received my pump. This infuriates me beyond words, that one person could be so dishonest not only to give false information but also not honor their word in returning something that does not belong to them
