WORST COMPANY EVER

I phoned the owner Louis Van Buuren when I started having ****roach problems in my really small bachelor flat. His website states that they use a different specialist approach when removing ****roaches, this includes getting rid of their colony, there are various processes which is finished off with a special gel that is put all over your home which prevents them from entering again for at least a year. His website guarantees that ****roaches will be removed for good. They charge double what other companies charge apparently because of the expensive gel.</p> <p> </p> <p>They arrived at my home and the process took about 7 minutes. He used my kitchen utensils to put water into his poison container. They then sprayed only parts of my floor with the poison, they then put in a flogger and that was that. They left their dirty shoe marks all over my floor (which i could not wash off because the poison would then be removed.) they did not put in the gel. I have contacted Louis several times and he has blatantly ignored me, We have contacted him on various numbers, he answers and promises he will come back but when he doesn't pitch up and we try to call again he puts down the phone. One week later ****roaches were back in my flat. They failed in every possible way. They do not care about their customers. I am so disappointed and saddened by their performance. No one has that kind of money lying around. </p>
