Time Management Disgrace

Team showed up 2 hours late, unacceptable as I had to drive to the office on a Saturday morning and was told the team would be there at 10am. After speaking to the office staff I was told to wait, that the team would be onsite at 11/11:30, I still had to wait and the team only arrived at 12:05. Complete disregard for other people's time.
