terrible customer service

<p>We had a regular service with the pest control specialists. I paid the due amount on the invoice but only realised later that R30 was outstanding from a preivous job. They emailed me to notify me but I didn't receive them. Next thing I get a letter of demand for R66.00 (now interest added after 2 months!) I called them to ask if I could add it onto the next booking and they refused.</p> <p>Their manner was abrupt and they obviously didn't care if I continued by business with them or not.</p>
