Pest control did not help and they listed me as defaulter

<p>I have used in Pest Control Specialists in the past and they were generally very good. The last time I used them, 2 months later after the treament, the pests still appeared. They put my name on a defaulters list after I had arranged to pay the outstanding bill in cash which they agreed to collect and never did. A month later they listed me and charged me an extra R138 as a result. I paid the outstanding amount and their debt listing company is still threatening me for the outstanding amount. I have settled the extra amount and I am still being threathened daily by their debt company. They have not responded to my complaint about the reoccuring pest problem which was not sorted out.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
