Management don't bother

Paid for service to remove noise in our roof and was told it was birds.After returning on 2 occasions to still sort the noise and close all entry into roof, was told it was now rats and would have to pay a further R 600.00 after having paid r 1254.00 to remove the noise in the roof .my question to management was , what had I paid for if the noise is still there and surely if the gaps in the roof were closed ,then there would be no rats.The company got the receptionist to listen to my reasoning and then I asked her to get management to phone me.I have not had the decency of a call to discuss my problem, they have R 1,254.00 paid to them and I still have the problem.What did I pay for?.the problem persists and I have paid them for not solving the problem.Disgusting company with no ethics and have not heard of TCF i.e Treating Clients Fairly, which they obviously don't implement in their company.Take the money and don't bother about the job done or the client or bother to return my call.One can make your own conclusion on the failed ethics of this company.
