Call out fee ridiculous

I am very disappointed with Pest Control Specialists Vaal Triangle Branch. We requested for the extermination of ants and ****roaches and we agreed on an amount of R1700 which was paid immediately and when the exterminator arrived he explained that we have a different problem that we requested him for and that they will send someone out for a quote because the have to treat termites which is way more expensive. After a quote was received for the amount of R4225.00 we decided that this was to expensive and we would rather try to resolve the problem ourselves. I requested a refund and told the lady that the call out fee can be deducted. To my surprise a view days later I received a refund of R950 which means their call out fee was R750 which was never mentioned once in one of our conversations. After I queried the ridiculous amount that was deducted for the call out fee of R750 for 20km I was assured that the matter will be discussed with the financial manager but that is unfortunately the fee they charge. Till this day I never received any call or email from Pest Control Specialists Vaal Triangle Branch and we don't think its fair that they never mentioned the call out fee when the appointment was made. I really do not mind paying the call out fee but R750 for 20 km? Really is this fair?
