I never received my guarantee that you promised to mail me after the treatment. There was no mention of any weather that will affect your treatment inside the house where it does not rain. You did not mention any call out charge and never the les that I should pay for something again that did not work the first time around. How can you book 2 hours treatment if it took them 15 minutes when they done it?
