They sent me documents to sign on completion of their service, one of which I was unable to open. I have since requested this information in a different format, on several occasions, with no success. They have now listed us as a default payer, despite my offering to pay the account, even though we were not satisfied with the service. In answer to my requests for details of the document, I have received no response, other than several copies of the statement, which tells what I already know.
