Pest Control Group SA .... ********* or just no business ethic ?

I contacted the Pest Control Group SA via their website to get a quotation for services at my home . The website looks extremely professional and didn't think I would have any issues . I was then contacted telephonically by a man named Louis who gave me a quote of R850 for his services and advised that he also included a 6 months guarantee on his services . Once discussing this with my husband I contact Louis on the 08/01/2020 and made arrangements for him to render his services on the 10/01/2020 . After a few reminders he come through and fumigated as requested on the 10/01/2020 he then advised that he will do a follow treatment 2 weeks later which is included in the fee R850 which we paid cash on the day. I called him on the 22/01/2020 as I was concerned as the treatment did not seem to have any effect. He them advised it was normal and made arrangements to come by on the 24/01/2020 for the follow up treatment. He did not pitch on the 24th , I called him and he said he had forgotten and would come the Tuesday after , I told him I would have to confirm that as I could not make it on Tuesday . On Tuesday 28/01/2020 I called him to make arrangements for the 31/01/2020, he agreed. I called him to confirm his visit on Thursday and both my calls and wats app messages (which were all read) were promptly ignored . Both my husband and I tried to contact throughout the day on Friday 31/01/2020 and were again ignored. I received a text message at 12:24 just stating "busy with fumigation" when I responded requesting a confirmation if he coming though , again I was ignored. I emailed the company email address as well as Louis on Friday expressing how dissatisfied I was and was again ignored . It was then that I noticed that the number on the website was Louis cell number and the landline provided did not work and there were no alternate contacts besides the emails . This is when I realized there was a real possibility that I was taken for a ride by a ********* .
