Owner hiding like the pests we are trying to exterminate

We paid this company in February 2016 to provide a service on a property we were vacating in April We followed up and were told a larger order took preference, a last attempt was made on and a promise by Louis for 15 April at 2 was made. No show until 4 that afternoon. Our phone calls, what's up messages , emails are ignored. The service can no longer be performed and a refund us asking not forthcoming despite requests. Unreliable and disrespectful would not recommend they be used .
