No service after payment.

I had a termite problem and requested a quote online, Louis contacted me providing me a nice quote and excellent service. after they came out to get rid of all my termites and ants , I noticed that their was still a lot of ants in my garden (this was the same day). I called him to notify him about this, he told me to wait a few days for the poison to take affect. after a week I saw a huge increase in ant and some termite in my yard. I phoned Louis again notifying him about the issue. he told me he would to a check up for me but never bothered to do anything since then. can't get hold of him anymore.
