Bad service and attitude from Owner of Business

We contracted Louis to come do a termite extermination at our house. He made promises and told us how much better his service is and we went with him even though his quote was double what everyone else was. <br> He basically had to come back three times to do the work because of faulty equipment and his workers doing half the job they were supposed to do and as per his quote he was supposed to come do a follow up visit 2 weeks later and hand us a certificate to confirm that the property will be termite free for the next 5 years. Its nearly 5 weeks later and he is not living up to his service agreement or his word. I have tried calling his cell and office number and there is never any answer, I have sent him emails as well and he does not respond. I hope he has not duped anyone else with his inferior customer service and empty promises.
