Pesso marketing

I entered a caltex freshstop Competition ran by pesso marketing. They contacted me informing me I have won a 500 voucher in one of the competitions I allways enter.That was about a month ago and no voucher has been delivered yet.they requested all my personal details and now it's starting to feel like a ****.They don't reply to my emails I'm sending and make no effort to make contact.
