Extremely bad service and unprofessional behaviour from Ms Mahlatse Molepo of Pertunia Relators in Polokwane

I had a bad experience from Pertunia Realtors (PTY) LTD in Polokwane from Ms Mahlatse Molepo. They were leasing my property in Polokwane to a client and i decided to terminate the lease agreement on 31 December 2024. After the tenant moved out, we conducted an inspection with Ms Molepo and identified that there were certain things that were broken and needed to be repaired i.e toilet seat, window handles, blinds, curtain holders, etc. Ms Molepo agreed that she will fix them in a week or so and we agreed. After two weeks i reminded her to come fix or repair those items and she agreed that she will attend to them. A month later i called again, she did not answer my calls, i left several messages on her phone and she never bothered to return my calls and messages. 3 months later she has not yet fixed those items and even returned my calls. Ms Molepo is unprofessional and felt betrayed by her actions as she failed to honor the agreement by fixing the items that were broken by her tenant.
