Wrong costomer

I've been receiving spam calls,emails and smses on the order that was incorrectly booked under my profile without my knowledge. For the past 3 to 4 weeks I've been explaining to them that they my remove the order from my profile but I'm still getting those any way.

I called in today a lady answered and hang up. I called again finally she answered with attitude and she was so rude.

Is it that hard to place the order on a right profile.
