Persy Masese Motors

Persy is a mechanic. I have a kia sorento which overheated. He came and removed the head and headgasket. He went to skim the head at the engineers and came to replace it together with a new headgasket. After replacing everything the car is still overheating. Every time I phone him he gives me a time,then i wait fors. The car is stuck and cannot drive and I am also going to report him to the motor industry.
