Perspex South Africa Johannesburg is a Disgrace

Perspex South Africa (Johannesburg) has no ethics and are blatantly lying to their customers. The Head of Finance at Perspex South Africa Johannesburg are *********** and worst;lying to clients. I have been waiting to be refunded by Perspex South Africa for 11days now. They have promised to pay and even ensured me twice that payment to my account was made, but still nothing happened I have asked for POP, but nothing was send and promising the customer that payment was made is just a way for them to "quiet" the customer for another day. The finance manager are avoiding my calls an after raising it to the Head of the branch also NO feedback given.
