Highly disappointed by Perspex Experts

I ordered and made full payment of amount quoted (R4500) for a pulpit that the owner Perspex Experts promised to deliver on March 8, 2019 as it was meant to be used for a wedding on March 9. Despite many attempts to get the item delivered, the owner switch his phone off and to date, does not answer my calls or respond to any message. Almost 3 weeks. I will highly discourage anybody planning to give work to this company.
