I dealt with Ms V Cele who gave me options and advice on the problem that I was having in regards to upgrading of my tracker. I fully understood her as much as she had given herself time to explain. And I was overwhelmed by the way she spoke to me as she sounded very diplomatic on her advice and those are people that we need. She was patient, polite and professional.
