Refund

I have been sending numerous emails regarding my refund I ordered to smart watches nd 1 item I nvr got the piderman touch nd the watches wr faulty nd I was sent an email on the 15th of Feb saying refund takes 7day nd now it's the 3rd of much no refund I'm really fusted cause I thought this would be quick but ur services are not satistying at all this is a frustration for me as ur client to go through ao much to get my refund wn u have the items I want my refund ASAP I'm tyrd of sending emails day in and out for my money
