I have a personal loan with them and have a debit order agreement which is taken monthly on my Nedbank Cheque Account, so yesterday there was an unauthorized debit order and call them to reverse the funds but I'm still waiting it's not like I use a different bank to pay them, So I'm not understanding why it's taking so long to do a fund transfer because I've never had this problem before
