It's been good to me so far when I contacted them when I ran out of diesel ⛽️ while in the road but because of my little understanding and knowledge I thought the car broke down, I called them and they called me back while they were trying to locate me and provide a breakdown near where I was and it went very well, my way team kept checking me until the breakdown arrives to me in an estimated time. So I did felt I'm in right place (insurance). But comes the time you increase my premium, yoh I felt like I needed a new home because it was increased by more than R300 plus and if I can find other insurance cheaper than this I will move as I'm goi5ro holidays I will have plenty of time to shop I other companies
