Urgent Cancelation

Someone called Owen, from Altech nupay a division of Altron,their contact details *** is a **** these people said I must wait for my application to be approved and process will take 2 weeks while I was waiting for their feedback they took R1800 in my account, what makes me more angry is that now they're failing to cancel or even to give me a call or send me the cancelation form,I've tried to call no one answered. Even the lady I chat with on Facebook she's now ignoring my messages I'm so annoyed by this, I need clarity coz I even spoke with them before they debit my money told them no I wanna cancel the application due to some problems I'm facing.
