Poor, very poor workmanship

Took my phone is for screen repair, because I dropped it. When I got my phone back for the first time the speakers were really ****led, but working. After few days the phone stopped responding and then need to restart phone. Eventually it just did not boot up again. Took it back to store and after 3 weeks of me phoning and getting different reports the phone was ready. I collected the phone, and the volume button did not work. When I try to charge phone, it says there is a foreign in object in charge port and I need to remove and worst part I now only have a battery life of 8 hours. The phone is 8 months old. Took the phone back again. no response from the store. All the time I had to call them for update. Got the phone back the third time and first-time charging phone the same message. This went away, but I still get 8 hours out of my 8 month phone. I have an iphone 8 that last longer that that.
