I ordered a blond topper and asked for a fringe. They sent me one without a fringe. I ordered again, because my hair is falling out due to the liver cancer. I sent them pictures and explain over and over I want a topper blond with a fringe (bangs) and sent me ORANGE HAIR that really looks like a doll's hair. I was so shocked, because even a child can see the difference. I have all the proof of all my emails and pictures. I am sad, because I can't work and my husband is a pensioner. I had to save for a long time and borrowed the balance. I am sad and unhappy, because they don't care about the as long as they get money they happy. Now they are ignoring my emails. This is really not fair!!!!
