Heartless company with no customer relationship.H

I ordered a blond topper with a fringe, but received a topper without a fringe. They refuse to help me. I ordered another blond topper with a fringe and they sent me ORANGE HAIR THAT REALLY LOOKS LIKE A DOLL'S HAIR. I am so unhappy 🥺 because my hair is falling out due to the liver cancer and I can't work and my husband is a pensioner. I saved and borrowed money for this. I sent them pictures and emails and compare the colours, but they don't have a heart or don't know what customer relationship is.
