PERSMO ***********, GREEDY AND PATHETIC SERVICE!!!!

I ordered a blond topper after making a special note with bangs, but received one without bangs. I tried to sort it out with them, but they are pathetic with their service. I ordered another blond topper with bangs, but received a SHINY ORANGE TOPPER!!!! This is after paying R1600 and they want me to return it and pay for the shipping still without a guarantee. I realize after receiving a picture of a topper it is the same orange one and the lady said that is all they have. So they sent me what they had and not what I ordered. They are so *********** and their service is pathetic and all that matters is greed. They don't worry about you having cancer and all you want is a blond topper with bangs. I still haven't received my topper and I am so unhappy with with PERSMO!!!!
