Most careless selfish Company I came across.

I am so tired of begging to send me the correct topper I ordered. All they said I ordered expressed so it was sent directly from the warehouse. I ordered a blond topper, but received an ORANGE PLASTIC shinning topper that looks now where the same as the blond topper. This happened twice after each other that they sent me the incorrect topper. I borrowed money for that topper, because of my liver cancer I was looking forward to my topper. Persmo just turned their back and wont help me at all. Just as long as they receive the money they don't care about their customers. I am so unhappy an feel it is unfair to loose so much money you don't really have. Can someone help me in this situation please, because they don't care.
