Be careful PERSMO TOPPERS & WIGS are not honest!!

Hello Peter From the last time I send you my review, I found the Manageress/Owner's email address and asked for help, but it came back - incorrect email address. I tried Persmo's email address and the same thing happened. Makes me think that they are not honest. I haven't heard from them again. VERY STRANGE!!!!!! Thanks Doreen
