No Delivery and No Communication

I purchased a motorcycle from Perry Bikes, app**** and finalized finance on 07 July 2015, to this day I have not received the motorcycle.<br> <br> They stated they discovered a fault on the gears during major service and ordered parts from BMW to fix the fault but they have not called to say what is happening going forward.<br> <br> I have had to call them every time to get status feedback and in the past 2 weeks I have stopped calling and they haven't bothered themselves either.<br> <br> Perry Bikes service is appalling to say the least.
